Published small-business website prices in Dubai run from about AED 500 to 1,500 for a basic page up to AED 3,000 to 10,000 for a fuller site, and in Riyadh from about SAR 1,000 to 3,500 for a basic site up to SAR 9,200 for a bilingual ten-page site. Check three things before you compare: whether VAT is included (5% in the UAE, 15% in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), whether Arabic is included, and whether the domain and hosting are.
If you run a café, barbershop or salon in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh or Jeddah, you will find website quotes that differ by ten times for what looks like the same thing. Most of that gap is not quality. It is what the number includes. This guide lists published prices from sellers in the UAE and KSA, read on 30 October 2026, and shows what to check before you compare them.
United Arab Emirates (AED)
| Seller | Published price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Agency Dubai | Launch from AED 499 to 699; Business 1,499; Growth 3,490 | Ex VAT. Domain and hosting extra |
| Webzto | 1,299 / 2,499 / 4,999 one-time | Starter includes first-year domain and hosting |
| 800website.ae | Starter 999 / Business 3,500 / Premium 6,999 | Booking 3,000, payments 2,500, Arabic 1,000 per extra language, extra page 400 |
| Control Shift | Small business site AED 1,499 to 7,500 | Plus 5% VAT and about AED 1,540 to 7,250 a year for hosting, domain and one email |
| One Bit Launch (guide) | General business site AED 3,500 to 8,000; restaurant with menu 5,000 to 10,000 | A seller's own market guide |
| WebStackRank (guide) | Menu-only restaurant site AED 3,000 to 10,000 | UAE freelancers AED 8,000 to 35,000; boutique agencies 15,000 to 80,000 |
UAE VAT is 5% (Federal Tax Authority). Notice the gap between the cheapest packages (AED 499 to 1,500) and the guide ranges (AED 3,000 to 10,000). The packages are small, templated sites; the guides assume a custom design, copywriting and extras.
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (SAR)
| Seller | Published price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Op-Target | 3,450 (up to 3 pages) / 5,750 (6 pages) / 9,200 (10 pages, two languages) | Includes 15% VAT. Domain, hosting and content not included |
| RASED | Essential from 3,500; Professional from 7,500 | Ex 15% VAT. Arabic and English, WhatsApp button |
| Tawajud | One page from 1,000; multi-page static from 2,500; CMS from 6,000 | Second language +900. Hosting about 600 a year |
| Safwa Web | Landing page 1,500 to 3,000; 5 to 7 page bilingual site 1,500 to 3,000 | Hosting 300 to 1,500 a year |
| Element8 (guide) | Basic business site 1,500 to 6,000; CMS site 4,000 to 10,000 | Planning ranges, not fixed rates |
VAT in the Kingdom is 15% (ZATCA). That makes the VAT question matter more than in the UAE: SAR 3,500 ex VAT is SAR 4,025 on the invoice.
Five things to check before you compare quotes
- Is VAT included? Some sellers above include it, some do not. Ask for the figure you will actually pay.
- Is Arabic included? Most Saudi sellers sell Arabic and English together; others charge about AED 1,000 or SAR 900 for a second language. If your customers read Arabic, this is part of the price.
- Are the domain and hosting included? Op-Target, Agency Dubai and others say they are not. Hosting is quoted at roughly AED 200 to 800 a year in the UAE and SAR 300 to 1,500 in the Kingdom.
- Who writes the words and takes the photos? Two sellers above charge about AED 250 or SAR 250 a page for copy, and others leave it to you.
- Can you edit it yourself, and who owns it? Ask whether the domain is registered in your name, and what happens if you leave.
A WhatsApp button costs almost nothing, so insist on one
In both countries many customers contact a café, barbershop or salon on WhatsApp before they phone. A "chat on WhatsApp" button is just a link in the format https://wa.me/<number>, with the number in international format and no plus sign, spaces or leading zeros. You can add a ready-typed message to it. WhatsApp documents this in its Help Center. If a quote charges extra for it, ask why.
Where Dexryn sits
We build a free demo from your business name first, and you pay only if you want it live. For the UAE and KSA our one-off prices are AED or SAR 599 for one page (up to four sections), 1,490 for up to five pages and 2,990 for up to eight pages. The first year of your domain is included. Optional care, with hosting, security updates and small edits, is AED or SAR 79, 139 or 229 a month. VAT may apply. Arabic is available on request, with a right-to-left layout and an English / Arabic switch on the page, and for the UAE we can add Russian as a third language. A second language is quoted separately rather than bundled in the way some sellers above offer it. We are new, with no customer testimonials yet.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost in Dubai?
Published packages start around AED 499 to 1,500 for a basic page and AED 1,499 to 7,500 for a small business site, while market guides quote AED 3,000 to 10,000 for a fuller custom site. Add 5% VAT where it is not included.
How much does a website cost in Riyadh?
Published Riyadh packages run from about SAR 1,000 to 3,500 for a basic site up to SAR 9,200 for a bilingual ten-page site, with 15% VAT either included or added depending on the seller.
Do I need an Arabic version of my website?
If many of your customers read Arabic, yes. Some sellers bundle Arabic and English, others charge about AED 1,000 or SAR 900 for a second language. With us, Arabic is an English / Arabic switch with a right-to-left layout, quoted separately. Have a native speaker check the final text.
Is the domain included in the price?
Often not. Several sellers list domain and hosting separately. Always ask whether the domain is registered in your name.
