Refunds

Last updated 29 October 2026

Short version: you see your demo before you pay, so we only give refunds where the law requires it, or where we do not deliver what we agreed. Monthly care can be cancelled at any time.

1. How it works for businesses

Dexryn is built for businesses. For business customers there is no statutory right to a "cooling-off" refund, and our policy is:

2. The monthly care plan

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. The plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not refund a month that has already started, unless the law requires it, or we failed to provide the service for that month.

3. If you are a consumer: where the law requires a refund

Most of our customers are businesses. If you are an individual buying outside your trade or profession, you may have statutory rights that we cannot take away, and we will honour them. These differ by country.

United Kingdom

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, a consumer can cancel a distance service contract within 14 days of the day the contract is made. If you ask us to start work during those 14 days, and then cancel, you must pay a proportionate amount for what we have done up to the point you told us you were cancelling. If we have fully completed the service within the 14 days, and you expressly asked us to start and confirmed you understood you would lose the right to cancel once we finished, the right ends. These rights do not apply to businesses.

Romania (EU)

Under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014, which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive, a consumer has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for services, without giving a reason. If you asked us to start work during that period, you pay a proportionate amount for the work done. If the service is fully performed with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right, the right of withdrawal ends. OUG 34/2014 also does not give this right to a company or to someone buying for business purposes.

Saudi Arabia

Under Article 13 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law, a consumer may cancel within seven days of the date of the service contract, as long as they have not received or benefited from the service. Custom-made products and services made to your request are excluded. We apply this where it is required.

United Arab Emirates

Under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on trading by modern technological means, a consumer can return or get a remedy for a service that is defective, incomplete, damaged or different from what we described, and a provider must re-perform the service or refund the amount paid (in full or in part) if it is not free from defects. We honour those rights. Our return, exchange and refund terms are those set out on this page.

These summaries are for information. They are not legal advice, and the law that applies to you is the law of the country you live in. Where a law gives you more than this page says, the law applies.

4. How to ask for a refund or cancel

  1. Email [email protected] with your business name, the email you paid with, and what you would like.
  2. We reply within 2 working days.
  3. If a refund is due, we send it back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. It normally reaches your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

5. Tax and currency

Prices shown in local currency; VAT/taxes may apply. If we refund an amount, any tax charged on it is refunded too. We cannot refund any currency conversion or card fees charged by your own bank.
